DeVito LaSala LLC is a state certified general contractor providing services to the hospitality industry since 1974. The company works on all major brands and independent hotels including Holiday Inn, Marriott, Best Western, Radisson, Ramada, Days Inn, Howard Johnson, Super 8, Wingate, Knights Inn, Villager, Travel Lodge, Staybridge Inn, Wellesley Inn, Quality Inn and Red Roof Inn in locations throughout the country. DeVito LaSala LLC specializes in exterior and interior renovations in accordance with the design guidelines set forth by the hotel franchisor and all the respective brand design departments.

DeVito LaSala LLC is a recent marriage of several family real estate investment, development and construction companies that have been actively building throughout the United States for generations. Nicholas DeVito, founder of the predecessor company, has had a successful track record as general contractor, roofing contractor, design/builder, renovator and new project builder that spans more than twenty-five years. Thomas E. LaSala and Kenneth A. LaSala are fourth-generation builder-developers involved in acquisition, construction, development and management of real estate.

Our staff will provide a free estimate or work usually within 48 hours after receiving simple information on a project. There is absolutely no charge for our estimates, design, budgeting and construction advice or any other preliminary service we provide. For a small charge, we will visit your property, measure the proposed project, show photos and drawings of similar previously built projects, give design advice tailored to your brand's requirements and prepare a fully itemized budget proposal with clear specifications. We can also prepare preliminary drawings and after your approval, fully detailed architectural plans ready to submit to local authorities for a building permit. If air travel is necessary to get to your site a very small deposit to cover travel expenses will be required. Any such advance paid to us for a travel deposit will be fully credited towards the project costs once the job is commenced.
